When you visit Moorejobs Ltd. there is no obligation to submit any personal information. All information is supplied on a purely voluntary 'opt-in' basis, including your Personal Profile and/or CV and your contact details. All these are deemed 'personal data' under the Data Protection Act 1998. We prioritise the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of your personal data and any other information you choose provide to Moorejobs Ltd. We will only use this information to help secure employment with our Recruiting Partners or to send you information which we deem relevant and useful to you. Your information will not be passed or sold to third party companies, however it may be shared with other recruitment companies and companies within the Moore-Group of companies in order to provide you with additional services. You can, at any time update or ask us to delete your details from our system by sending an email using our 'contact us' feature.

CV & Profile Information
Moorejobs Ltd. may store your details both electronically and manually. We will make your Profile available for emailing to our Recruiting Partners to attract opportunities you may find interesting. Your full CV will only be forwarded to a Recruitment Partner, either by post or email, once your permission has been granted for us to do so. We accept no liability or responsibility for the contents of applicants' Profiles or CVs or any advertisement contained within this site. We insist that all applicants and employers carry out appropriate interviews, reference and credit searches, etc, as deemed necessary.
If you choose to create a Profile and/or upload a CV to our database, it will be your responsibility to ensure that your details are kept up to date. We would recommend that you update your stored data at least every 6 months, particularly if your contact details have changed. Once your Profile and/or your CV are on our database we will contact you every 6 months, using your most recent data, to confirm your the accuracy of your details and that you wish it to be retained on our database. We will not be able to offer you or discuss with you, any available positions within 12 months of you accepting a position with one of our Recruiting Partners, unless you specifically request us to do so. If we do not hear form you within 12 months, we reserve the right to delete your details form our database.
Moorejobs Ltd. also reserves the right to remove form our database any details that we consider to be illegal or offensive or any details which relate to any upheld complaints.
